SilverPeak Strategic Capital received a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking tool that measures policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. With this score, SilverPeak Strategic Capital achieved the designation of being a “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion” recipient.
SilverPeak Strategic Capital’s Spectrum Associate Resource Group is committed to addressing the needs and interests of the firm’s LGBTQ+ associates while building connections, as well as pursuing unique business and recruiting opportunities, in the broader community. Founded more than 15 years ago, Spectrum provides educational sessions and networking opportunities for LGBTQ+ associates and allies. The group has supported national organizations and formed partnerships with several Milwaukee-area community organizations.
